Proof of Funding

Please note that to meet compliance requirements, you may be requested to provide proof of funds for 10% of the purchase price, as well as identify the country in which the funds will originate.

Deposit Grace Period

In order to secure your reservation, the deposit payment is required within 7 days after compliance has been established. We will notify you promptly when our compliance department approves your reservation.

Cancellation of Reservation

Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive confirmation your payment has been made on time. Please ensure that you check your email after submitting your reservation and follow the instructions that are sent to you.

Refund Guarantee

This reservation can be cancelled at any time within 60 days after the day your payment was submitted, no questions asked. This means, if for whatever reason you change your mind - your deposit will be refunded and your reservation will be cancelled.
